Information you provide

The publisher enquiry form works without an account. It collects your name, email address, channel type and channel name, plus a public link or target market if you choose to provide them. We also record the form language, enquiry reference, source and when you acknowledged the privacy notice.

We use this information to review your audience and contact you about relevant partnerships. Sending an enquiry does not create a member account or subscribe you to marketing emails. You do not need to share a private community invite or its members’ details.

If you separately use the workspace, we also receive the profile details, audience information, applications, offer responses and messages you submit. The service does not provide document uploads. Public channel details may be reviewed to understand an enquiry.

Account and security information

Account services process sign-in and verification information, sessions, consent records and activity needed to secure the workspace. Security records can include IP addresses, browser information and attempted account actions. For enquiry rate limits, we derive protected identifiers from the IP address and email; the enquiry record itself does not store the raw IP address or advertising click identifiers.

Essential session cookies keep you signed in and support security. Member and administration areas use separate sessions. Blocking these cookies can prevent account features from working.

Essential protection against automated abuse

Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms and account actions from spam and automated misuse. Its security checks process technical signals such as your IP address, browser information and the challenge result. These checks serve a security purpose and run independently of your optional analytics choice.

You can reject optional analytics and advertising tools and still send an enquiry after completing the security check. Cloudflare describes its processing in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Optional analytics and advertising tools

Google Tag Manager loads on the public website only after you accept optional cookies. It can load analytics or advertising tools to measure visits and enquiries. Depending on the configured tools, Google or other providers may receive page URLs, IP addresses, browser or device information and cookie identifiers.

You can accept or reject these tools in the cookie banner and change your choice using Cookie preferences. We save that choice in a preference cookie for up to 180 days. Rejecting optional tools does not prevent an enquiry or change your request for partnership contact. Withdrawing your choice stops future optional tag loading; it does not undo processing that already occurred.

Why we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess audience and program fit, manage applications and introductions, communicate about offers, maintain records of agreed actions and protect the service from misuse.

Channel metrics help assess an opportunity; they are not a promise of future performance. Only provide audience information you are authorised to share.

Access and service providers

Publisher enquiries are available to authorised staff who review and follow up on them. Workspace information is accessible to your account and authorised staff according to their responsibilities. Relevant information may need to be shared with a proposed partner during an introduction; the information and purpose should be clear in that process.

Cloudflare provides hosting, application infrastructure, database storage and security services. Resend handles transactional email delivery, including account verification and recovery. Email contact also involves the services used to receive messages. Optional tools loaded through Google Tag Manager involve their respective providers. Processing locations may differ from your country.

Keeping information and handling requests

Account and partnership records are kept to operate the service and maintain the relevant relationship. Security, dispute or legal requirements can affect immediate deletion. We do not promise one fixed retention period for every record.

Email us to request access, correction or deletion. Include enough context to identify your account or enquiry, without passwords. We may need to confirm your identity and explain any information that must be retained.
