CLEAR EXPECTATIONS, FROM THE START
Terms for working together.
These service terms explain PartnerViral’s role and the expectations around enquiries, applications and introductions. Each engagement also needs its own agreed commercial terms.
An application starts a review. It is not a confirmed partnership or a promise of earnings.
Our role
PartnerViral is the brand used for this partnership coordination service. We help brands and publishers assess opportunities, make introductions and discuss arrangements. Specific services and responsibilities must be agreed before work begins.
A listing or introduction does not mean we own the brand, operate its affiliate program or can approve participation on its behalf. Final acceptance depends on the relevant parties.
Who pays
Brands pay PartnerViral’s agreed service fee. We do not charge publishers to join, apply or be matched.
Publisher compensation is separate from our agency fee. The amount, currency, paying party, payment schedule and applicable charges must be clear. Do not assume PartnerViral collects or guarantees a brand’s payments.
Agree the brief before you begin
Before content is published or a campaign begins, the parties should record the applicable terms in writing, including:
- Deliverables, timing, approvals and permitted channels or markets
- Commission or fixed fee, qualifying actions, attribution method and attribution window
- Payment timing, minimum thresholds, cancellations, refunds and commission reversals
- Content ownership, usage rights and separate permission for advertising use
- Reporting, disclosures and responsibility for resolving disagreements
Honest applications and responsible content
Provide accurate audience, ownership and performance information. Only share information you are entitled to disclose. Do not use fake engagement, spam, deceptive claims or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Disclose commercial content and use the platform’s required disclosure tools. Brand program rules and the requirements applicable to your market and channel also apply. Never share passwords, recovery codes or access tokens in applications or messages.
Offers and outcomes
Applications may be reviewed, declined or returned for more information. Offers may have eligibility conditions and an expiry date. Read the specific terms before accepting; a recorded acceptance is not a qualified electronic signature.
We do not guarantee acceptance, a particular commission, views, engagement, sales or earnings. Outcomes depend on the audience, the offer, the work and other factors.
